Kanye West Sued By Model For ‘Unsettling’ Behavior At 2010 Video Shoot

Kanye West is facing yet another accusation of sexual misconduct, this time from a model who accused him of sexual assault and strangulation during a video shoot back in 2010.

The woman, former America’s Next Top Model contestant Jenn An, filed the suit in New York on Friday (November 22), per The Wrap.

She claims that in September, 2010 she was on the set of the video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill,” a track for which West appears on the remix.

An alleges that West chose her to be in the video by saying, “Give me the Asian girl.”

Then he strangled her, “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them  in and out, and gagged her (which Plaintiff believed lasted for over a minute) to emulate  forced oral sex, and screamed, ‘This is art. This is f–king art. I am like Picasso.’” The entirety of the assault, she said, was filmed.

An also names Universal Music Group and Interscope in the suit, and claims that La Roux told a friend she’d seen “upsetting, unsettling” behavior at the shoot.

Neither West nor An ended up in the final cut of the “In for the Kill” video.

This is not West’s only recent allegation of sexual misconduct. Earlier this month, he was accused of engaging in lewd sex acts and sharing naked pictures of Kim Kardashian to a former employee in a different lawsuit.

Murphy Aficionado, who was hired by Kanye as a project manager in 2022, filed a lawsuit against the rapper and fashion designer accusing him of inappropriate conduct during work meetings, according to Rolling Stone.

In the suit, Aficionado details an alleged November 2022 incident at a Beverly Hills hotel where he was summoned by West, only to find the rapper topless and out of breath with his pants unbuttoned.

Upon entering the hotel room, Aficionado claims he saw Ye’s wife Bianca Censori topless and believes the couple had just had sex.

When he tried to make an exit, the G.O.O.D. Music founder allegedly “commanded” Aficionado to sit down and stay, before retreating back into the hotel room and leaving the door ajar as he and Censori had loud sex.

The lawsuit claims that Kanye later came out of the room wearing a T-shirt with a Swastika on it and aggressively asked the project manager: “Don’t you like my shirt?”

The rapper then allegedly showed Aficionado naked photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

The lawsuit additionally claims that Kanye West would subject Aficionado to “antisemitic tirades” and “racist lectures.”

    1. What’s crazy is no matter what wild shit this clown does his fans are like “nah, he’s a genius. He could jack off in front of me and I’ll call it art” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    2. Ayo that’s wild 14 years later over some fingers down her throat. This shit is getting out of hand well it’s been out of hand.

      1. I think its fine mostly because people that do this sort of thing, aren’t just doing it once, so if anything, she’s just likely to bring attention to it and prevent him from doing it to other people. Ya, it’s just “fingers down the throat”, but why should that clown get away with it just the same? Same old powerful man thinking he can gorge on the society below him because Money.
