Kanye West is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused him of masturbating in front of her.
According to court documents, Pisciotta began working with Kanye in 2021 after being offered $1 million to be his “Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant” on the condition she would make herself available to him on a 24/7 basis.

Around this time, Pisciotta says she was already making seven figures annually from OnlyFans until the Chicago rap icon offered her an additional $1 million to delete her account because he wanted her to become “God like.”
According to the lawsuit, this is when Ye began behaving inappropriately, including sending her explicit text messages.

One message allegedly read: “See my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I’m fucking them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
In another, he allegedly asked Pisciotta: “Is my dick racist?” and added: “I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”
She also claims that West was “fixated on the penis size” of her boyfriends and would send her photos and videos of himself having sex with a model.
Pisciotta further accuses the rapper of masturbating in front of her twice — once while they were on the phone and again when he allegedly locked the two of them in a private room during a flight to Paris.

After shutting the door, she claims the rapper laid down on a bed as she sat in a chair opposite him, and he began to pleasure himself under the covers until he fell asleep.
Pisciotta was later fired by Kanye in October 2022, just a month after she allegedly turned down a $4 million-a-year role as his Chief of Staff.
The model and influencer claims she was offered a $3 million severance package but never received the money, which is why she is also suing him for wrongful termination and breach of contract.
West has not yet commented on the allegations within the lawsuit.

This is not the first time that Kanye has been accused of acting inappropriately towards employees.
In an exposé published by Rolling Stone in 2022, a number of former Yeezy staffers claimed that he showed porn and sexually explicit content of himself with ex-wife Kim Kardashian in the workplace.
