After telling her boss he should put out a statement condemning Nazism, West allegedly responded: “I am a Nazi.”
The plaintiff also claims that the G.O.O.D. Music founder disparaged several Jewish employees over text message and wrote: “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler.”
He is further alleged to have insulted the woman’s appearance, calling her “ugly,” describing her clothes and hair as “trash” and referring to her as a “corny ass bitch.”

The fallout to Kanye’s aforementioned social media tirade, as well as his decision to sell a T-shirt with a swastika logo, has been swift.
His Yeezy.com website has been shut down by Shopify, while he has also been dropped by his talent agency.
Ye’s X (formerly Twitter) account has also been taken down, but it is not clear if he was banned from the platform or if he deactivated it himself.
In a hailstorm of posts that began last Thursday (February 6), Kanye declared his support for Diddy, who is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, and called on Donald Trump to free him.

His rant then grew increasingly inflammatory as he declared that he is “racist” and a “Nazi” who “loves Hitler,” while dismissing the very notion of antisemitism.
“IM NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR MY JEWISH COMMENTS. I CAN SAY WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANNA SAY FOREVER. WHERES MY FUCKING APOLOGY FOR FREEZING MY ACCOUNTS. SUCK MY DICK. HOWS THAT FOR AN APOLOGY,” he wrote, referencing his past antisemitic remarks which led to the termination of his once-lucrative partnership with adidas.
