Two women are taking Jim Jones to court for the release of his “Summer Time” snippet video, which featured them topless on a Miami beach. The women, Sharie Johnson and Samantha Stotts, claim that they were aware they were being filmed, but did not grant the rapper authorization to distribute the images.
“They knew they were being filmed,” the womens’ lawyer, Taso Pardalis, told the New York Daily News. “But they didn’t know they were going to be used in a video without their permission.”
Johnson and Stotts also name Sony Music Entertainment in the suit, and demand that the snippet be taken off of Youtube and other sites. “They were prancing about in the water and in the moment, they kind of went along with it,” explained Pardalis. “But you can see one of the girls in the video cover up immediately when she realized they were being filmed.”
Jim Jones said recently that he will soon be shooting a full-length video for the song, but has not yet commented on the suit.

greedy bitches greedy greedy bitches.
truly scandalous hoe like behavior though…
Were they on their own private property? Was it a nude beach? I don’t think so. Anybody can walk down the street recording nameless faces doing what they want to do. They weren’t working for him, or performing some script. Next time they should know to keep themselves covered.
Who cares, Jim Jones sucks anyways.
