Jeezy‘s recent accusation that his estranged wife Jeannie Mai has been “gatekeeping” their daughter has been met with another accusation, this one addressed at him.

On Thursday (November 30), Mai filed an answer to the rapper’s claim in Fulton Superior Court insinuating that she has proof that he cheated on her. TMZ reports that the document asks the court to enforce a section of their prenup that deals with infidelity.

That section “provides…that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party,” it reads.

Mai’s answer stops short of naming who Jeezy was supposedly unfaithful with, saying that she “does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclose such conduct publicly.”

Jeezy claims that, since the their separation, the child has been “temporarily residing” with Mai in what was the couple’s Los Angeles home.

“Since that time, the parties have endeavored to address temporary custodial arrangements on an informal basis,” the filing says.

The legal documents continue: “While the parties have agreed upon a visitation schedule through the end of 2023, which has been confirmed via communications between their counsel, to continue addressing custodial and parenting time issues in such an ad hoc manner is becoming increasingly less feasible.”

Jeezy alleges that the “lack of consistency, continuity and stability inherently associated with such a haphazard and fluid parenting time schedule” is becoming “stressful” for their daughter.

The rap veteran also claims that the situation is creating “unnecessary tension and confusion” when it comes to parenting the one-year-old.

Jeezy stresses in the filing that he does not believe his estranged wife is “acting maliciously” but has “acted as a gatekeeper” when it comes to spending time with their child.
