JAY-Z and Roc Nation are continuing to go on the offensive against the his rape accuser’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, after another lawsuit was filed against the litigator.

According to a particularly embarrassing suit filed in New York Supreme Court, Buzbee infected a woman he was dating with a venereal disease, TMZ reports.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, claims that the Texas-based lawyer has taken advantage of her since they met online in 2018.

She says Buzbee had sex with her at a hotel in Houston without revealing that he had an unspecified venereal infection.

The woman claims she started to feel unwell the following day, with a visit to her doctor revealing that she had contracted a sexually transmitted disease (STD).

Buzbee’s accuser says she immediately got in touch with the attorney to tell him the news and claims that he knew he already had the disease.

The suit claims that Buzbee asked the woman not to tell anybody about his STD and offered her free legal advice in exchange for her silence.

The woman admits that she continued to see Buzbee afterwards, even accompanying him on trips to Panama and New York City.

It was during a stay in the latter that she claims Buzbee flew into a “fit of rage” and shoved a champagne flute into her face, chipping her tooth.

This allegation was made in an earlier complained filed last month. The assault allegedly happened while the attorney was representing the woman in her divorce case.

Tony Buzbee hit back at the lawsuit on social media on Thursday (December 19), blaming lawyers working for Roc Nation and Diddy for being behind it.

“The smear campaign continues. Today I was sued yet again by a lawyer affiliated with the same lawyers I face in the Diddy litigation,” he wrote, referencing the suit against JAY-Z and Puffy that accuses them of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000.

“The conspiracy to discredit me and intimidate me from pursing claims in the Diddy litigation has at this point, become criminal. This latest case, like the others, is frivolous, laughable and ridiculous and will be dismissed like the others.

“It now seems that every other day there is another false claim filed, all of which are being ginned up by individuals working on behalf of or in concert with those ROC Nation and Diddy interests.”

He added: “This latest one is provably false with literally no factual basis or merit whatsoever. Prior to filing it the lawyer demanded $20 million from me, claiming that if I didn’t pay he would trash my reputation despite being shown that his ‘client’s’ wild claims could not be true.

“We won’t just sit back and allow this criminality to continue. We have reported this conduct to the relevant legal authorities. And, we will be filing our own cases against those behind this to put a stop to it once and for all.”

Shortly after, Roc Nation issued its own statement denying Buzbee’s claims and further jabbing the lawyer by referring to him as “Mr. 1800.”

“Mr. 1800 said today that Roc Nation is criminally responsible for his legal woes with his ex-clients/ex-lover who is accusing him of transmitting venereal diseases, assaulting, falsifying documents and stealing clients moneys. No and no,” the company wrote on X.

“God is behind that sunlight you keep referencing,” the statement added, referencing Buzbee’s use of the quote “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.” “We are not the source of every sunlight you get but Roc sunshine is coming your way Mr. 1800. Shameful.”
