JAY-Z rocked the stage with longtime friend Pharrell in support of the debut of the latter’s first collection as creative director at Louis Vuitton.
On Tuesday (June 20), Hov popped out to surprise guests at the end of LV’s Paris fashion show while the models walked out in the last looks. Of course he performed his hit “N-ggas In Paris,” as well as his Pharrell/Neptunes collab “Give It to Me” and more.

The show debuted LV’s Men’s Spring-Summer 2024 Collection, with the stage spanning the bridge in front of the Louis Vuitton headquarters and the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned Cheval Blanc hotel.

Beyoncé was spotted with her husband, while both members of Clipse were in the building as well and walked the runway to an unreleased song. Zendaya, Kim Kardashian, Jayden and Willow Smith, LeBron James, Lewis Hamilton, Russell Westbrook and Rihanna were also there.
Ahead of the fashion show debut, Pharrell reflected on being promoted to one of his dream jobs as Men’s Head Designer at the luxury brand.
“Every day, I gotta pinch myself because it’s an appointment, and I was chosen,” he told WWD. “Pietro saw something, and I’m touched by that and I honor that every day.”
The multi-hyphenate has heard the noise when it comes to those believing he’s unqualified for the esteemed Louis Vuitton position, but had a shrewd response pointing to his decorated music career.

“I didn’t go to Central Saint Martins, but I also didn’t go to Juilliard either in music and I mean, we see how that turned out,” the Grammy-winner said. “It’s cool. That’s a very fair observation. But neither did Vivienne Westwood, right? Tadao Ando was self-taught. I mean, he’s the GOAT, right? I only aspire to express myself.”
Pharrell initially teased the collection last week with a larger-than-life-sized billboard outside a museum in Paris with Rihanna’s help, who played the role of muse to model a look that will be seen in the show.
