Conway The Machine signee Jae Skeese has released a video for his new single “Bonneville.”
Directed by Luqman, the visual finds the Buffalo rapper driving a classic Pontiac Bonneville around town while he and two accomplices carry out an armed robbery.

“‘Bonneville” is one of those real gritty joints where I just wanted to tell people where I’m from,” Skeese told HipHopDX of the song. “I got the beat from Cartune Beatz and instantly I started thinking about growing up, sharing my experiences where I’m from, and how crazy it would be to paint that picture over a crazy beat like this.”
“There’s elements in ‘Bonneville,’ like the woman talking in the beginning, the things she says, the jingle in the beginning, and the way I describe the city that will make anyone know exactly what it feels like to be from the Eastside of Buffalo.”

“Bonneville” serves as the first single from Jae Skeese’s debut album, Abolished Uncertainties, which is set to arrive on March 24 via Conway’s Drumwork Music Group label.
The 14-track project will include features from Conway The Machine (who also executive produced it), Freeway, Kota Savia, Terre King, Jillian Haynesworth and Auragino.
Jae Skeese announced Abolished Uncertainties earlier this week, calling it a “perfect” project.
