Jaden Smith Drops New Album “SYRE”

Despite being in the ever-present shadows of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s careers, Jaden Smith has been able to carve out a lane for himself beyond being the son of two megastars. One of the many avenues he’s pursued is music, which he continues to explore with the release of his new album, SYRE.

Smith’s latest work is his first solo release since 2014’s Cool Tape Vol. 2. The 17-track project features guest appearances by A$AP Rocky and Raury.

    1. The album is a little soft like 808’s heartbreak accidentally falls into a pool of travis scott raps and big sean flows, better than them lil young mofoz thou (Breakfast!) hahahahahahahaha!

    2. classic album, better than everything else that dropped today- kweli, cyhi, even better than everything that didnt drop (eminem).

    3. Y’all please stop sleeping on my guy. Been saying since 2014 he’s lyrically sharper than 90% of the new generation of rappers. This album goes in. I’m not always a fan of his beat selection, but the lil homey goes in on every verse. Respect! Lyrically, this dude is sharp.
