“Don’t speak on Boosie,” Tootie said. “It’s BBQ time.. go get the chicken,” he continued.
Also in the video were Tootie Raw’s friends who cheered him on as he poured gasoline on the Yeezy shoes. “We aint wearing no more f***ing Yeezys,” Tootie chants while another person in the video says, “Kanye West…it’s over with West.”
The disagreement between the two rappers stems from the latest episode of Drink Champs featuring Boosie as a guest. In the trailer, Boosie harshly criticized West for creating “White Lives Matter” shirts for his YZY SZN 9 fashion show in Paris on Monday
“For which our people done suffer and still suffering to this day. Aint Nobody getting done like Blacks getting done from 3/400 years to this day and you a f**king conglomerate. Don’t put no f**king White Lives Matter on…dye your face then n****a,” Boosie explained.
In his response, Kanye fired back calling Boosie a “nerd.”
“DON’T SPEAK ON ME LIL BOOSIE,” his post read in all caps. “SPEAK TO ME, YEAH LITTLE NERD ASS COME SMACK ME OR COME SHOOT ME I’M THE ONE THAT GOT BULLIED BY THE ENTIRE BLACK CELEBRITY COMMUNITY NOW I’M BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP.”
Boosie is not the only artist to take issue with Kanye’s “White Lives Matter” shirts. In an interview with The Breakfast Club,Diddy said he vehemently disagrees with his “White Lives Matter” clothing.
“Black Lives Matter was our slogan,” Diddy said. “That wasn’t our slogan to go share with nobody else… You have to be unapologetically Black and love your people and love your tribe first.”
“Right now all America has planned for us is poverty, incarceration, and death,” he added. “So before I can get to any other lives matter—which all lives matter—that Black Lives Matter, don’t play with it. Don’t wear the shirt. Don’t buy the shirt. Don’t play with the shirt. It’s not a joke.”
Kanye responded by saying, “I’m selling these tees Nobody gets in between me and my money This is my grandfather texting you now Never call me with no bullshit like that again unless you ready to green light me Cause anybody who got on that tee is me.”
