Drake returned with his house-leaning Honestly, Nevermind album on Friday (June 17). The surprise project saw Drizzy call for Young Thug’s freedom on the second verse of the LP standout and rare rap track “Sticky.”

“Ayo Eric, bring them girls to the stage/’Cause somebody’s getting paid and/Free Big Slime out the cage,” he raps over Carnage and RY X’s speaker-thudding production.

Thugger has been behind bars since May 9 after being arrested as part of the 56-count RICO indictment against his Young Slime Life collective. A Fulton County judge denied him bond earlier in June and it looks as if he will remain in custody until his trial in January 2023.

Drake Responds To 'Honestly, Nevermind' Reactions While Teasing 'Scary Hours 3'

Drake continued to show support for Young Thug and Gunna when he included a slimy “Free YSL” message in his video to the Honestly, Nevermind cut “Falling Back.” The cinematic, nine-minute clip finds the 6 God marrying 23 women alongside cameos from his mother and NBA player/best man Tristan Thompson.

Drake and Young Thug have been a winning combination on wax for much of their decorated careers, teaming up on tracks like “Way 2 Sexy,” “Ice Melts, “D4L,” “Solid,” “Bubbly,” “Sacrifices” and more.
