Travis Scott has found himself in yet another legal battle. The Cactus Jack head, who remains in deep legal turmoil from last November’s Astroworld tragedy that left 10 dead and hundreds injured, is now being sued by a Rolling Loud Miami concertgoer who claimed Scott’s set in 2019 caused a stampede that led to her broken leg.
According to TMZ, Marchelle Love claims Scott was aware his 2019 set at Rolling Loud Miami was getting out of hand and knowingly didn’t stop to check on attendees as a stampede took place. In the suit, she says multiple warnings came from local police and venue security about rowdy concertgoers, but Scott simply ignored them. Love’s leg was broken in the process, and she says others in the crowd were getting trampled and passing out.
It’s unclear how much she’s asking for in damages, but the latest legal action comes as Travis Scott stares down the barrel of a $10 billion lawsuit related to his conduct at Astroworld in 2021.
“This is another blatant, cynical attempt to attack Travis, in this instance for a 3-year-old incident that is deliberately misrepresented,” a spokesperson for the “Antidote” rapper told TMZ. “To be clear: this incident was related to a false report of a shooting mid-show, and in photographs, the police were informing Travis of the show stoppage because of that reason — and he fully cooperated.”
They continued, “This cheap hit is based on a blatant lie that’s easy to detect. And it is particularly telling that this plaintiff’s lawyer didn’t even assert a claim against Travis when he originally filed the complaint on behalf of his client more than two years ago.”

They just hate to see this man win smh
it’s not that, the people see him doing nothing really, just getting paid endorsement money, and they treat this incident like a ceiling falling onto their head at Wal-Mart. If he has Wal-Mart money, no matter how much they claim to love him, they will sue him for financial gain. And people died, this should be taken seriously and he as well as event organizers need to compensate. This 2019 complaint should’ve been filed a long time ago, but the plaintiff clearly sees how much richer he got recently.
