Cops determined “on the spot” the guns weren’t the weapon they were looking for as none of them matched the caliber, which cops were able to identify via shell casings found at the crime scene. Police ran the serial numbers of the firearms and found they were all legally acquired by Rocky, resulting in them leaving the guns at the property.
However, it’s not all good news for the rapper. The LAPD now say they have video footage of the shooting, which is presumed to come from a surveillance camera. As of now, the district attorney hasn’t decided whether to charge Rocky.
A$AP Rocky is under investigation by the LAPD over the alleged shooting that took place in Hollywood near Selma Avenue and Argyle Avenue on November 6. According to the victim, Rocky pulled out a handgun and shot him during an argument, with a bullet grazing his left hand.
