Kanye West spent the better half of Sunday (February 13) ridiculing Pete Davidson, his estranged wife Kim Kardashian’s new boyfriend. But now, he has some different targets.
After following Davidson’s Instagram account and deleting all of his previous posts, the 44-year-old billionaire shared an old photo of professional gossip hound Perez Hilton to his Instagram account and wrote, “I have a direct question for Mario Armando Lavandeira, Jr. Do you think jokes about mental health are funny?”
The post arrived less than 24 hours after Hilton shared a YouTube video called “Kanye West’s Media Implosion!” In the clip, Perez pokes fun at Ye for all of his recent tirades, including his demand Billie Eilish apologize to Travis Scott and the beef with Kid Cudi.
Kanye is also setting his sights on several media outlets as well, including Saturday Night Live, where Davidson is employed as an actor.

“Someone always telling you you’re crazy can drive someone crazy,” he said in a since-deleted Instagram post. “That’s the gaslighting. That’s the harassment. The liberals have tried to discredit me for 20 years. Page 6, TMZ and SNL are a gang. That gang has tried to bully harass control discredit minimize and patronize me for years. They are Godless. God got me and God got our family. Jesus has already won the victory. And for everyone praying for me and my family faith without work is dead. Do something positive.
“Say something publicly and positively while you still can. Our first amendment is merging into the 13th amendment in front of our eyes meaning our freedom of speech is being challenged. Because when you say something against the liberal agenda they gang up and say you’re challenged. Y’all gone stop calling me crazy. Let’s if Page 6 and TMZ print that I said they are Godless.”
But just because Kanye West is momentarily distracted by Perez Hilton and Lorne Michaels doesn’t mean he’s forgotten about Pete Davidson (or “Skete” if you’re nasty). Oh no, quite the contrary. In a pair of deleted Instagram posts, he challenged Davidson over old SNL skits that questioned Ye’s mental health.
“Kanye, I know you’re like, ‘This is the real me, I’m off the meds,'” Davidson begins. “Take ’em. No shame in the medicine game. I’m on ’em. It’s great. Take ’em. There’s nothing wrong with taking ’em. If I ever got on a plane and the pilot said, ‘I just want all of you to know this is the real me flying,’ I’d jump out. Being mentally ill is not an excuse to act like a jackass.”

In the caption, Kanye suggested he had a right to drag Davidson with, “This boy thought he could get away with performing this sketch for the team that wrote this for him. This not harassment. This is payback.”
In another since-deleted post, Kanye West shared a screenshot of Davidson on SNL‘s Weekend Update wearing a red hat that read, “MAKE KANYE 2006 AGAIN.” He wrote in the caption, “HI SKETE YOU GOT ANY MORE MENTAL HEALTH JOKES FOR ME?”
Of course, this is only a small fraction of the posts Kanye West has been firing off lately. It was getting so intense, Kim Kardashian wound up texting Kanye essentially warning him he was playing a dangerous game. On Monday (February 14), — the same day he sent a truck full of red roses to Kardashian — Kanye encouraged his 11.5 million Instagram followers to harass Davidson on site, which evidently concerned the former reality television star.
“THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF MY FAMILY,” he said in a since-deleted post. “MY FAMILY MEANS MORE TO ME THAN ANY OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN LIFE IF ANYONE LOVES ME AND MY FAMILY IF YOU SEE SKETE IN REAL LIFE SCREAM AT YHE LOOSER AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS AND SAY KIMYE FOREVER.”

The post presumably sparked Kardashian’s text and Kanye West soon returned with a Baby Boy meme of actor Ving Rhames putting Tyrese in a chokehold and the caption, “UPON MY WIFE’S REQUEST PLEASE NOBODY DO ANYTHING PHYSICAL TO SKETE. IM GOING TO HANDLE THE SITUATION MYSELF.”
Moments later, he shared a private text from the SKIMS founder suggesting Davidson was getting threats.
“U are creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will all be your fault,” Kardashian wrote. “There are dangerous people out there and this is scary and doesn’t have to be,” to which Kanye replied, “I will always do everything to protect you and our family forever. And I listened you and told everyone to make sure nothing physical happens to Skete.”
