Trey Songz has reportedly been accused of yet another sexual assault, one the singer adamantly denies. According to TMZ, a woman identified as Jane Doe claims Songz “anally raped” her at a Los Angeles house party in 2016. She says they initially had a consensual sexual relationship before he suddenly turned into a “savage rapist.”
Jane Doe alleges Songz invited her upstairs for what she thought would be consensual sex. On the way, she says he repeatedly asked her if he could “get that ass” to which she says she repeatedly told him “no” and to stop asking.
Once they entered the bedroom, Doe says his demeanor changed and he became aggressive. She says he “threw her to the ground, ripped her pants off, pinned her down face first and forced his penis into her anus without her consent.”
She then claims she screamed in pain and pleaded with him to stop but was overpowered. At one point, someone went into the bedroom and she thought the “brutal rape” would stop but instead, the person just left. As soon as Songz was finished, she grabbed her clothes and ran outside to call an Uber.

The documents explain the driver noticed she was in a panic and rerouted her to a local hospital where a sexual assault exam was performed and the police were called. She says the exam revealed she had “severe anal tearing that could require surgery” but didn’t identify her alleged attacker because she was “in shock and fearing for her life.”
Now she wants $20 million in damages. Jane Doe’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, is also representing two other women who are suing Trey Songz for alleged sexual assaults in Miami and New York.
“Victims are coming forward every day,” Mitchell says. “Just know you are not alone, and this behavior is unacceptable. George Vrabeck and I will not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz.”
Hours after the story began to spread, a rep for Trey Songz released a statement vilifying the woman’s legal representation and denying the allegations.

“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,” the statement said. “Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault. The allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”
Trey Songz has a long history of sexual assault allegations. In January 2020, he was accused of sexual assault by a woman who attended a New Year’s Eve party at Diddy’s home on Miami’s Star Island and faced another sexual assault claim last November that allegedly took place at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
Then in December 2021, former University of Las Vegas women’s basketball star Dylan Gonzalez (who now plays on Master P’s New Orleans Gators) boldly tweeted, “Trey Songz is a rapist. Lord forgive me I couldn’t hold that in another year. See you in 2022.”
