Snoop Dogg has a long list of friends in the music industry he can call upon for a quick collaboration. With his upcoming album Bacc On Death Row coming very soon, fans are expecting the Doggfather to hit up some of his peers for a record or two, and it looks like they’re in for a surprise.
On Monday (February 8), DJ Whoo Kid took to his Instagram page with a clip of himself and Snoop getting work done on the new album. Fans can see the two puffing away on some smoke while talking about Snoop’s upcoming performance at the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show on Sunday (February 13).
Queensbridge rap legend Nas’ name is posted at the bottom of the clip as a song plays in the background. Snoop raps along to his verse before Nas creeps up on the track with a fiery set of bars.
“If God for me who could be against me/I guess all them n-ggas that’s against me/they the ones stirring up the conflict/They try to make it out like I’m conflicted,” Nas rapped in the snippet.

In August Nas dropped his fourteenth studio album King’s Disease II which contained the song “Death Row East.” Throughout the song Nas references his time running into Death Row and attempting to squash his alleged beef with 2Pac.
The song would be another addition to the long list of songs Nas and Snoop have done together. With this Nas teaser and Snoop calling upon legendary West Coast producer DJ Battlecat to join him on the album, the Long Beach native is pulling out the big guns for Bacc On Death Row.
The album is scheduled to drop on February 13, the same day Snoop is taking the stage alongside Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar at the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show. The event is taking place at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, with Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals taking on Matthew Stafford and the hometown Los Angeles Rams for the big game.
