It’s Al James season once again.

The Filipino rapper returns with his long-awaited new single, “PSG.” It is his first solo track in two years, following 2020’s “Repeat” with Rjay Ty (Bawal Clan) and Lexus (Owfuck) and a feature in Mike Swift’s “Fire OG” with Jim P.

Accompanied with a visual helmed by long-time collaborator HellaSolid (Johnny Estacio), the “Pahinga” rapper seeks refuge in nature, Back To The Future-style, sporting the Nike MAG, a replica of the same shoes worn by lead character Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), and hopping on—what else—a DMC DeLorean.

Al James teased the trailer for “PSG” on December 11, as he zips through a tree-lined road in the classic car.

Produced by NEXXFRIDAY & Jim P, “PSG” echoes the signature Al James trap-infused sound that propelled him to the upper ranks of contemporary Pinoy rap echelon.
