Lil Baby turned 27 on December 3 and he’s been making the most of his birthday month. Of course, his family, friends and fans have been wishing him nothing but the best, but there’s one rap peer who showed Baby just how much he values their friendship.

The My Turn rapper is really good friends with fellow ATL rap star Gunna. The two came up together and have released a string of collaborations, including the 2018 album Drip Harder. With that in mind, Gunna wasn’t going to leave his boy hanging on his birthday.

On Tuesday (December 13), footage of Lil Baby hanging out with Gunna surfaced online. Fans can see the two rappers enjoying some quality time in the club, but it’s Gunna’s gift that stole the spotlight.

Gunna gifted his “Drip Too Hard” collaborator an iced-out necklace with the names of his children — Jason and Loyal — incorporated into the links. The chain looks similar to the one Kanye West wore during his return to Instagram in July prior to the release of Donda.

“This the oneeee,” Lil Baby wrote in the caption to the video. “@gunna come trimmmmmm.”

Lil Baby is no stranger to receiving or giving lavish birthday gifts. In June, the 4PF rapper gave Gunna an Air Jordan shoebox with $100,000 inside for his 28th birthday. For his own birthday earlier this month, Baby also received money from a group of Atlanta water boys, young boys and teenagers who routinely sell water on highway exits and street corners throughout city.

The group approached Lil Baby’s car while riding around Atlanta on his birthday and handed him the money they made throughout the day. According to Baby, the water boys really rock with him to even think about giving him the money they earned.
