Set to launch in early September, PlantFuel is described as “an all-new, premium Plant Fueled nutritional supplement brand that aims to deliver the absolute best-possible products available, successfully bridging the gap between healthy, plant-based nutrition and peak performance – and that does so with eco-conscious and responsibly sourced packaging.”
In a statement, Lil Yachty said, “I’m super excited about my new venture with PlantFuel. It’s brands like PlantFuel that inspire and allow me to stay actively involved creatively beyond just investing.”
NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens also joins Lil Yachty in making a strategic investment in PlantFuel.

“As everyone knows, throughout my professional career I’ve been in phenomenal shape and extremely conscious about what I put in my body,” Owens said. “From day one, I was thoroughly impressed by my exploration of PlantFuel and its products. I am excited about my partnership with PlantFuel and delighted to join their team.”
The investment is Lil Yachty’s second deal through venture capital fund Scoop Investments, which he announced with his manager Adam Kluger in June. Together with Bhad Bhabie, they invested $1 million in Jewish dating app Lox Club.
“J-Date screams desperation, J-Swipe is just a piece of shit,” Kluger said at the time. “There’s a real gap in the marketplace. I was just so surprised at how cool it was. Yachty and Bhabie saw the passion when I was talking about and everyone started asking me questions. Eventually, I said we should come together and do it as a group.”
