Don Toliver is being accused of raping a woman in 2019. Instagram account @Caniba5_ took to her Stories on Thursday (August 12) to go public with the rape accusations against Don Toliver stemming from a 2019 incident, while also calling out two other people.
“Don Toliver raped me in 2019,” she said. “And I’ve never said anything to anyone in the public til now. I don’t care, he’s very disrespectful, and fucked up individual. If you listen to his music, please don’t be my friend. Just leave me alone, block me, and go. I’ve kept this to myself and it has caused me so much trauma, and pain I can’t describe. My heart has been trying to mend for so long.”
Caniba$ looks to also be an aspiring artist from the Houston area. She then turned her attention to the Cactus Jack signee’s current girlfriend Kali Uchis and called out the singer for dating Don.
“@kaliuchis you’re dating my rapist,” the alleged victim continued. “Please I loved your music but now my heart is aching because you’re with my abuser.”

With the claims going viral on social media, Don Toliver’s diehard fanbase expressed a whirlwind of emotions.
“If the accusations about Don Toliver is true I’m gonna be so pissed off man,” one disappointed fan wrote.
The Houston native is yet to respond to the claims. He’s slated to appear on Kanye West’s Donda album alongside Yeezy and Kid Cudi on an intoxicating track titled “Moon.”
