In the midst of Nicki Minaj’s welcomed return to music, she was reminded of what used to be a celebratory day in her life. Sunday (May 16) served as what would have been her father’s 65th birthday. Robert Maraj passed away in February after being killed in a tragic hit-and-run accident in Long Island, New York.

“Happy Birthday Daddy,” she wrote. “Miss u so much. So much. So so much. Rest In Peace. Oh my God.”
