Snoop Dogg is a man who wears many hats — West Coast gangsta rap legend, sportscaster, football coach, television host and commercial actor. Now, the D-O-Double-G can check wrestler off his things-to-accomplish-before-he-dies list.
On Wednesday night (January 6), Snoop made a special appearance during an All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite match where he leaped on top of his opponent using his new signature move the “Snoop Splash,” better known as a “frog splash.”
With all four of his lanky appendages flying through the air, Snoop landed right on Serpentico, unofficially winning the match. The “human piece of spaghetti” then hopped up and threw up a pair of dubs in the air with a huge smile slapped across his face.
Snoop entered the arena to a remix of Cody Rhodes’ entrance music and wanted a piece of the action after Serpentico and Dr. Luther began brawling with Rhodes and Matt Sydal. From the looks of it, Snoop had an entertaining evening and soon found himself a trending Twitter topic.

Fans were primarily thrilled to see Uncle Snoop in the ring, with one commenter tweeting, “It wasn’t five stars, but I LOVED the Snoop Splash! That was exactly the kind of foolish stuff that makes wrestling great. It was also exactly what I needed tonight. Thanks @SnoopDogg and @AEW #AEWDynamite.”
Snoop has worked with the WWE in the past, rapping over the entrance music for his cousin Sasha Banks who soon weighed in on his performance.
“Fam!” she tweeted. “We’re gonna have to work on this.”
