Fans of the A$AP Mob have been patiently waiting for new music from the camp since their last collaborative project Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy in 2017. Since then, very little has come out of them on the music front, but it looks like their fans have something to look forward to this year.
On Monday night (January 4), a pair of clips shared on A$AP Nast and A$AP Ferg’s Instagram Stories showed them as well as A$AP Rocky rapping in a freestyle cypher. Other members like A$AP Twelvyy, YG Addie and A$AP Illz are vibing in the background to the bars being spit within the rap circle.
Fans were elated to see the crew back together again and having fun, especially after Ferg was allegedly kicked out of the group by one of its founding members, Illz, in September. The clips were captured and reposted on Our Generation Music’s Instagram page, and fans left all sorts of messages in the comments section.
“2021 looking better already,” one fan wrote while another said, “That time fr we getting that heat this year.”

“Ferg still gotta deck illz,” wrote another fan who felt Illz deserves the fade from Ferg for publicly embarrassing him the way he did in September.
Some of the group’s friends left comments too such as Lil Yachty who wrote, “Sooooooo fye.” Guapdad 4000 also added, “Nast going stupid.”
More importantly, A$AP Tyy dropped a comment that read “Soon” with the shushing face emoji to cap it off. There’s no word on what Tyy meant by that but the fans saw it and assumed either Cozy Tapes Vol. 3 or the AWGE DVD VOL. 4 were on the way.
As the Mob continues to hint at a possible return in 2021, Lord Pretty Flacko got the ball rolling last month when two new songs were unleashed. The first tune was heard on a radio station in the infamous video game Cyberpunk 2077 where Rocky raps about his struggles with colorism and self-hatred.

The next song came in the form of a snippet titled “Grim Freestyle.” The A$AP Mob leader uploaded a clip to his Instagram page revealing a new campaign he’s doing with French fashion designer Marine Serre. Although Rocky instantly deleted the post, fans were quick to screen record the video and share it on YouTube.
