2 Chainz has been extremely active in engaging his fans and encouraging their involvement throughout the entire 2020 presidential elections and is now shifting his focus to the upcoming Georgia Senate election next year.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday (December 15), the So Help Me God lyricist announced his partnership with HeadCount, a non-partisan organization leveraging the influence of music to reach and register voters, and initiated the giveaway with a simple call-to-action to residents of his home state.
“Who wants to win a Tesla?,” he wrote. “This is for my GEORGIA followers. I’m teaming up with @headcountorg to make sure you are good to vote in the senate run off! Hit the link in my bio to enter to win a Tesla! That simple.”
Tit’s latest partnership follows his recent joint-philanthropy venture with YouTube. Earlier this month he established the Money Maker Fund to give students and alumni of Historically Black Colleges and Universities [HBCU] the chance to win $55,000 while pitching their business ideas directly to Big Toni. The first winners of Chainz’ fund are a pair of women who operate an Atlanta-based waste management company.

“As promised the Money Maker fund @twogirlsandabagatl were my first winners,” 2 Chainz wrote. “Dropping a [money bag emoji] into their company, watch their pitch on my YouTube channel.”
2 Chainz spoke about his decision to create the Money Maker Fund in a Def Jam press release announcement of the series, explaining he was “inspired,” by the “courage,” of the students pushing through the year as the pandemic rages on.
“With this year being more than challenging to all of us, I am inspired by these courageous students who are still pushing through chasing their dreams and goals,” he says. “The idea behind the Money Maker Fund is simply to add more fuel to the already burning fire of ambition they showcase.”
