Los Angeles, CA

Swae Lee is asking his 8.9 million Instagram followers for their assistance. On Monday (December 14), the Rae Sremmurd rapper issued a cry for help to his Instagram Stories after he apparently lost his hard drive at the Los Angeles International Airport. He also put up a handsome reward for its safe return.

“I got 20K for anyone who found my hard drive @LAX T2 delta airlines this morning,” he wrote above a photo of himself. “all my songs are on there.”

Swae Lee hasn’t put out a proper solo album since 2018’s Swaecation, but is expected to release another solo project called Human Nature sometime in the near future. In October, Swae promised SremmLife 4 was on its way in an Instagram post alongside his brother Slim Jxmmi.

Released in May 2018, the 27-track compilation consisted of the aforementioned Swaecation, Jxmmi’s Jxmtro and their joint effort. The project debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with roughly 57,000 total album-equivalent units sold in its inaugural week.
