According to Dallas News, police officers were called the afternoon of October 25 to Walker’s home near the Cedar Ridge Preserve in southwestern Dallas’ The Woods neighborhood. Upon arrival, Walker — who’d been shot in the torso with a rifle — had already been taken to Methodist Charlton Medical Center, where he later died from his wounds.

The arrest-warrant affidavit explains Lil Loaded, Walker and a witness were outside the home when Walker’s sister, who was inside at the time, heard two gunshots. Once she ran outside, she saw Lil Loaded and the witness standing over Walker who was wounded on the ground.

After calling 911, the sister looked at Walker’s phone and discovered a video of Lil Loaded shooting Walker. The aspiring artist grabbed the witness and loaded Walker into the car to take him to the hospital, but his efforts were in vain.

Lil Loaded’s “6locc 6a6y” single went viral in summer 2019, racking up more than 20 million YouTube views, and he has since signed with Epic Records. In July, the 20-year-old rapper was himself a victim of gun violence after he was shot in the hip.

“Yeah on gang man, we good,” he said from his hospital bed at the time. “We good. N-ggas gotta do better than that, though.”
