Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are used to being in the public spotlight — after all, it comes with the territory.
But their private lives have been internet fodder for weeks after the Hip Hop mogul went on multiple Twitter tirades accusing the Kardashian-Jenner family of trying to have him committed, suggesting his wife cheated on him with Meek Mill and admitting he’d been pursuing a divorce, among other things.
It all started to spiral during Ye’s first campaign rally on July 19 in South Carolina, where he tearfully confessed he tried to convince Kardashian to abort their first child North West. After he flew back to his ranch in Cody, Wyoming, Kardashian attempted to see Kanye out of concern for his mental health, but he reportedly refused to see her.

Now it looks like the couple is finally communicating again, but things don’t appear to be going well. TMZ captured several photos of Kanye and Kardashian inside of a car having an emotional conversation. The two had just made a fast food run to a local Wendy’s and Kardashian was visibly crying as they talked.
The reality television queen flew to Cody on Monday (July 27) after Kanye declined to get treatment for a serious bipolar episode. He was reportedly “unwilling to listen to her” and the famous family wasn’t quite sure what to do next. However, Ye was photographed outside of the Cody Regional Health facility, but the visit was brief and Ye quickly retreated to his ranch.

Kardashian addressed Kanye’s condition in an Instagram post earlier this month, writing, “As many of you know, Kanye has bi-polar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, know how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand.
“I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health. But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconception about mental health.”

Following Kanye’s late-night Twitter sprees, he ultimately apologized to his wife of six years via Twitter and begged for forgiveness.
