Kanye West has evidently offended T.I. with the comments he made about famous abolitionist Harriet Tubman during his first campaign rally in South Carolina on Sunday (July 19).

In a recent Instagram post, Mr. Trouble Man shared two photos of Ms. Tubman and was adamant the 2020 presidential hopeful took his comments to an unnecessary level.

“Nahhhh WE Can’t let you do that Ye,” he wrote in the caption. “What WE NOT gon do is slander nor disrespect the legacy of our heroic Queen Harriet Tubman by telling falsities in an attempt to discredit the contributions she made to LIBERATE OUR PEOPLE!! Cuzz U BUGGIN!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TOO FAR.”

Unlike some people on Twitter, Tip recognized Ye’s troubling speech could simply be a cry for help. After all, his own family is reportedly concerned he’s in the middle of an intense bipolar episode.

“I truly hope you either have a logical explanation for all this… or get the medical attention you so desperately need Bro,” he concluded. “I say this with love and sincerity.”

During the rally, Kanye tearfully confessed he almost “killed” his daughter North when he first learned his now-wife Kim Kardashian was pregnant. Rather than have the child, he wanted her to abort. He also said Tubman “never actually freed the slaves, she just had the slaves go work for other White people.”

The Only One Who Can Help Kanye Is Kanye

Following the South Carolina spectacle, Ye failed to get on the ballot after all. On Monday (July 20), TMZ reported Director of Public Information for the South Carolina State Election Commission Chris Whitmore said Kanye’s campaign somehow missed the deadline to get on the November ballot.

Kanye, who’s running as part of “The Birthday Party,” needed 10,000 signatures as a petition candidate, but the State Election Commission reportedly didn’t hear from Ye or his campaign and never received any traditional or digital signatures.

The Chicago-bred Hip Hop billionaire announced his intention to run in the 2020 election on the Fourth of July.
