Priscilla Rainey, the former reality show contestant who accused The Game of sexual assault, has reportedly filed for a restraining order to prevent Mr. Los Angeles Confidential from hiding his assets with his longtime manager Cash “Wack 100” Jones.
According to AllHipHop, Rainey’s attorney Michael Jason Lee says Game — real name Jayceon Taylor — is doing everything he can to prevent paying Rainey a roughly $7 million judgement, including starting a company called Pass Go 2 Win, LLC to control the Game trademark.
“Post-judgment discovery has revealed that Taylor owns almost no assets under his own name, but assigns his interests to receive revenue to his manager, his manager’s company, and other Taylor-owned holding companies,” Lee wrote in the court documents.
Rainey and her legal team also claimed the veteran rapper has already transferred the deed to his house to Wack, which was listed as a gift because “the conveyance [was] a bonafide gift, and the grantor received nothing in return.”

Last month, a judge awarded Rainey all of the rights to Game’s latest album Born 2 Rap and granted her control over his label L.A. Prolific. Once again, Game promised she’d never see a dime.
“Y’all been saying she got 7 million for 7 years & yet here I am, laid up tipsy off my 5th quarantini watching Tiger King lol,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “They’ll find Carol Baskin’s husband before she ever get a penny from under my carseat….coming up next, a stop by the bank to dump this s##t in…” G.”
Wack quickly came to Game’s defense, writing, Last time I checked #Wack100 owned all royalties to born to Rap. And I don’t owe the bitch a dime … When the #CDC # has their # who knows maybe I might lose in a dice game one day … But as of right now Today it’ll be right here in my little ole portfolio.”

Rainey plans to confiscate Game’s upcoming royalty payments from BMI next month, which are derived from 360 recordings created under his name as a songwriter and/or composer.
“If Taylor is given any notice or opportunity, he may simply create another legal entity, as he has done before, or assign his rights to receive payments from BMI to Cash Jones,” Lee added. “Rainey’s cause will be irreparably prejudiced if this request for a restraining order is heard according to regular noticed motion procedures.”
Rainey accused Game of sexual assault in 2015 for an alleged incident that occurred while on the set of his VH1 reality show, She Got Game. Rainey said he sexually assaulted her during what she believed was a required after hours date while taping the show.

Game denied the accusations and missed a series of key court dates. In 2016, he simply didn’t show up for the trial. As a result, the judge awarded Rainey $7,130,100. Game attempted to get a new trial but was denied. The ruling was upheld last October.
