Lupe Fiasco provided his fans with some new music to enjoy while they’re stuck at home social distancing to stop the spread of COVID-19.
The veteran MC dropped a pair of tracks titled “Tokyo Freeze” via his Instagram, distinguishing the songs only by date (March 19 and March 20, respectively).
Both of his “Tokyo Freeze” releases feature beats from the Robert Glasper Experiment as Lupe rhymes over the jazzy instrumentals. Each cut clocks in with a runtime of a little over three minutes.

TOP 10 DOA
To me, easily top 5 lyrically
Top 20. I think Lupe is great but there are so many on par or better.
He’s not the best rapper but artistically speaking he’s in a league of his own. The cool and t&y are, imo, examples of hip hops potential when you remove all the tropes and stereotypes. combine his creativity with his amazing rhyming ability and I can see y ppl have him in their top 5. He’s in mine personally but to each their own
That how much a dollar cost is fresh
