50 Cent is lashing out at Comcast CEO Brian Roberts following reports the company is planning to drop the Starz network by December 10. Starz, of course, is home to the veteran rapper’s hit television series Power.
Fiddy set his sights on Roberts via Instagram Sunday night (October 27).
“this is the guy fucking up (Power) over at @Comcast for no reason Brian Roberts,” he wrote in the caption. “mother fucker look like he been pushed around his whole life. He need to chill out, go to a golf course or sit his ass down some where.”
Power is currently in its sixth and final season. In August, 50 confirmed a spin-off series called Power Book II was on its way, which will star Mary J. Blige.
“POWER BOOK II starts 48 hours after the finale, so stop saying this is the last season,” he wrote. “THE PARTY IS NOT OVER. #lecheminduroi #bransoncognac.”
Power‘s final season premiered on August 25 and will wrap up in two parts. Part 1 will feature 10 consecutive episodes and the final five will debut in January 2020.
I’ve always been a 50 cent “Stan”, as his underground music is super gritty and dope, and much better than his mainstream shit, but with that said, I’ve lost so much respect for him the past few years. He’s been acting like a child, and being extremely petty. Then, he went and said he didn’t get awards for his TV show because of racism, while show “blackish” received multiple awards. Is it a good show? Yeah. Is it amazing? I don’t think so. I just really dislike when any artist blames someone else for their own mom accomplishments. Lots of great black cast shows and movies that get nominated for awards, so please 50, quit stooping to the level of the petty PC SJW culture that’s hates self accountability…. Then, please come out with STREET KING IMMORTAL! Give us some gangster Dr Dre beats, as Dre hasn’t given us good songs or beats in a decade… Compton album sucked, was average at best, but average is BAD when coming from a legend like Dre.

That’s the way to solve a problem in corporate America. Curse out the CEO as if that’s going to intimidate him into maintaining STARS. Another example of childlike behavior. And for all tif naysayers about Blackish, it’s a good show and delves into reality in some tapings. It’s also on a non cable station.
