Second Man Arrested In Connection To Mac Miller’s Overdose Death

A second man has been arrested in connection to Mac Miller’s September 2018 overdose death. According to AZ Central, Lake Havasu City, Arizona resident Ryan Reavis was taken into custody on Tuesday (September 24).

Police wouldn’t explain how Reavis was connected to the late rapper. During a search of the 36-year-old’s home, authorities discovered a physician’s prescription pad, prescription-only pills, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, several firearms, a personally manufactured firearm suppressor and large amounts of ammunition.

Reavis is currently facing drug and gun possession charges as well as fraud charges.

The arrest comes roughly two weeks after another man, Cameron James Pettit, was arrested and charged in connection to Miller’s death. Pettit stands accused of selling Miller counterfeit oxycodone pills laced with the powerful pain killer fentanyl.

As explained in the 42-page criminal complaint filed in the Central District of California, text messages between Miller and Pettit reveal Pettit agreed to bring the Grammy Award-nominated artist oxycodone, cocaine and Xanax. Police think Miller snorted the oxycodone pills before his death.

Reavis was held on a $50,000 cash-only bond and transferred to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office where he remains in custody.

    1. Arrest them for being drug dealers. Don’t arrest them because a drug addict died from their drugs. Mac Miller was an able-bodied adult man.

      1. Dude, Biggie was killed by a crooked cop, who is now dead, that was hired by Suge. Pac was killed by baby lane. Also dead. There wasn’t the internet (as there is today) or the technology etc. they caught XXXtentacion’s killer within a week. Stop reaching, jackass.

        1. Both murders remain “unsolved”. Supposedly 2Pac was killed by Orlando Anderson as stated by Keefe D, so you’re pretty much wrong on all accounts. Also no one cares about some bum that overdoses and whoever sold them the Fentanyl. Those crimes remain unsolved and it’s only due to Mac Miller’s notoriety that this is being put into motion. Good for them for catching these assholes, but where’s the justice for the every day ppl. Stop giving reach arounds.

            1. There weren’t Cel phones and cameras pointed out on every street all day, back then. Please explain why XXXtentacion’s murder was solved so quickly. Was he white?

    2. If Mac was white nobody would have been arrested. It really does appear that not all lives are equal. Some claim to be ‘god’s chosen people’ and are considered more valuable than the gentiles.
