Chris Brown is facing a lawsuit after a music video shoot went wrong.
According to TMZ, Danielle Griffin, who was a backup dancer on the set of Brown’s “High End” music video, has issued a lawsuit against Brown for an eye injury she obtained. Griffin states that her injury resulted from the fake blood that was used on set.
Per her lawsuit, Griffin claims that Brown and the production company “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video.”
In the photograph shared by TMZ, Griffin’s injury shows yellow puss oozing from her eyes. Currently, Griffin is seeking $25,000 to cover the cost of medical bills and loss of wages. The media outlet has reached out to Brown’s team for comment and has yet to receive a response.
