Kid Cudi evidently had some extra time on his hands while on a recent flight. So, like many of us, he took to Twitter and dove into the vastness of social media.
“Im on a plane and can’t sleep,” he tweeted. “Help…talk to me.”
Apparently that got people’s attention. During the impromptu Q & A session, Cudi fielded several fan-generated inquiries and also revealed he was sitting on a remix of “Wild’n Cuz I’m Young” featuring the inimitable, newly crowned billionaire JAY-Z.
After a fan said “Wild’n Cuz I’m Young” was one of their favorite cuts, Cudi replied, “Ok so get this, Jay z recorded a verse for a remix i never put out. unreal. Gonna try to release that someday. Its fucking epic.”

The original version of the song comes from 2010’s Man On The Moon, Vol. II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager. The project marked the sequel to Cudi’s 2009 debut, Man On The Moon: The End of Day.
Themes of Vol. II revolved around Cudi’s former cocaine addiction, fame, alcoholism, family issues and women. CeeLo Green, Mary J. Blige, his Kids See Ghosts collaborator Kanye West, Cage and St. Vincent were among its contributors.
