Khalid Releases “Free Spirit” Album

Khalid, who released his multi-platinum selling debut American Teen in 2017, has returned with his sophomore album Free Spirit. The LP is the follow-up to his Suncity EP, which dropped this past October.

“This album is the culmination of all of the growth and experiences I have gathered over the past two remarkable years,” Khalid said in a press release. “I have been in the studio pouring my soul and spirit to create a body of work that I hope speaks to each and every one of you.”

The RCA Records artist’s latest work is comprised of 17 tracks and features a collaboration with John Mayer. Production is handled by Hit-Boy, Murda Beatz, Stargate and D’Mile, among others.

    1. TBH I think Khalid is pretty dope, I like his vibe…he’s not legendary by any means, but he’s a viable artist. He got more soul than most in today’s market
