Eminem Reissues “The Slim Shady LP” With Bonus Tracks

As the 20th anniversary of Eminem’s Slim Shady LP approaches, Marshall Mathers is celebrating early with a reissue of his 1999 masterpiece. Em made the announcement via Twitter on Friday (February 22).

“From the vault!” he wrote. “Re-issue of the Slim Shady LP Expanded Edition is now streaming for the first time for the 20th Anniversary. Happy bday Shady! #SSLP20 #STILLDONTGIVEAFUCK.”

As the title suggests, the Slim Shady LP Expanded Edition includes 10 bonus features not initially found on the original. Songs such as “Hazardous Youth (A Cappella),” “Get You Mad,” “Bad Guys Always Die” from the Wild Wild West soundtrack and several versions of “Guilty Conscience” featuring Dr. Dre round out the classic O.G. version.

The Slim Shady LP was released on February 23, 1999 and boasted production from Dre and the Bass Brothers.

    1. I would have put Any Man and or Watch Deez in there but wtf do I know. 20 versions of Guilty Conscious works too

        1. Yeah and I think Watch Deez is a Thirstin Howl record but there’s nothing wrong with a lil Skilligan so throw it in there! #LoLife4Life

    2. The only halfway decent album he ever made. Second-rate Redman but still entertaining enough. Probably not worth revisiting if you’re over the age of 12 though.

    3. Instead of multiple versions of guilty he should have included the international versions of songs. My Fault Pizza remix comes to mind. Em had so many songs back then creating your own Eminem Expansion was easy.

    4. Bonus tracks should’ve been:
      Get You Mad /
      Bad Guys Always Die /
      Bad Influence /
      Hellbound /
      Scary Movies /
      Watch These /
      Any Man /
      Crazy (w mad rapper) /

All tracks recorded around the SSLP time. All dope as hell…

      1. Personally I think including all the tracks from Slim Shady EP or reissuing that would have been awesome. Oh well, it’s pretty much a streaming playlist so costs us nothing.
