A trailer for Master P’s forthcoming film I Got The Hook-Up 2 started making the rounds on Wednesday (October 17).
The film stars DC Young Fly, John Witherspoon, Anthony Johnson, Fatboy SSE, Michael Blackson and Master P’s son Romeo Miller. The No Limit mastermind also appears in the movie, while both Miller and Master P are in the role of producer.
Master P addressed the film in an Instagram post last month.
“I got the hook up 2 is hilarious and funny,” Master P captioned the post. “This is the first time in along time a movie was made by us and owned by us. Thanks to all the fans that support this movement. 2019 it’s in theaters. This is going to be big.”
I Got The Hook-Up 2 serves as the follow-up to the 1998 original comedy, which starred Johnson, Ice Cube, C-Murder (P’s currently incarcerated brother) and, of course, Master P.
The Corey Grant-directed film is expected to hit theaters in May 2019.

Man, this looked cheesy and stupid, why isn’t this better shot. I can’t get behind this, I can’t stand for a poor quality film with bad acting, I have seen too many low budget movies that looked professionally done to give this one a pass.
