XXXTENTACION Was Finishing $1.4M Florida Dream Home Before His Death

    XXXTENTACION was reportedly finishing construction on his $1.4 million dream home in Parkland, Florida before being gunned down in an alleged robbery on Monday (June 18).

    According to TMZ, X purchased the roughly 6,000 square-foot mansion last November. It had four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool and sat on more than one acre of land.

    The 20-year-old Broward County native had already moved in as construction workers were completing the build. They were reportedly installing a security fence around the perimeter.

    The controversial rapper was killed leaving a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida, which is located 15 minutes away from his new home.

    Neighbors described X as quiet but nice.

    Prior to the “Look At Me!” rapper’s death, one of his last Instagram Stories indicated he was planning a charity event that was supposed to go down this weekend.

    The troubled artist had been fighting a myriad of charges stemming from a 2016 domestic violence case but a judge had recently let him off of house arrest to work on his music.
