Teairra Mari was denied a restraining order against 50 Cent in her revenge porn case. According to TMZ, the Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star was going after both 50 and her ex Akbar Abdul-Ahad for sharing a photo online that showed her with ejaculate on her face.

Mari’s attorney Lisa Bloom reportedly said the judge didn’t fulfill Mari’s request “because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client’s face, showed her ‘engaging’ in a sexual act.”

Bloom added, “Common sense dictates that photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban.”

Last month, Mari issued a press release alleging she was the victim of “revenge porn.” She believed Abdul-Ahad posted a sex tape “to publicly humiliate her after she had broken up with him.”

In true 50 Cent fashion, he responded on Instagram with a joke that featured a photo of himself next to high-powered attorney Gloria Allred.

“Oh Lisa stop,” he wrote, referring to Bloom. “don’t make me tell your mom LOL.”

Abdul-Ahad’s court date is scheduled for later this month. [apple_news_ad type=”any”]
