Kanye West Streams Album Listening Party On WAV App

Love him or hate him, Kanye West is hours away from releasing his first solo album since 2016’s The Life Of Pablo. Ahead of its Friday (June 1) release, West is holding a two-hour listening party in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he’s been piecing the project together over the last several months.

‘Ye announced the listening party will be streamed on the WAV app via Twitter on Thursday night (May 31).

“Download the @WAV_Media app to watch the livestream of my album listening tonight in Jackson hole, Wyoming,” he wrote.

According to several social media posts, a small group of journalists, DJs and producers — including Def Jam Recordings co-founder and frequent West collaborator Rick Rubin, Eminem’s manager and Def Jam Chairman/CEO Paul Rosenberg and Charlamagne Tha God — were flown to Jackson Hole to attend the exclusive, late-minute event.

The listening party on the WAV App begins at 7 p.m. PST.[apple_news_ad type=”any”]

    1. sorry we dont listen to this guy anymore! he uses ghost writers, ghost producers, ghost designers. and he has 2 kids for a pr0n star. plus he wasted good money to shit on an icon like Whitney Houston for publicity (Pusha Tea bout to push less than 100k first week LOL)

        1. she only birthed 2 of them, they paid some white broad to surrogate mother the other i’m not mistaken, so she wouldnt ruin her pornstar body

      1. I know you are trolling, but if you don’t listen to him, why are you here? What made you click on this post? Did you think people wanted to hear your sarcasm? I just would like answers if you can provide them.

    2. Installed the app just for this. It’s now 96 minutes past 7 pm MDT and there’s nothing happening. on the stream.

    3. Just heard it. Sounds like a little bit of Graduation and 808’s. Intro drags a bit, but the switch is hard AF. Little in the lyrics department overall and the production is spotty and bare at times. Of course I’ll need to hear it again, but this is off of one listen.
