Miami, FL

Cash Money Records co-founder Bryan “Birdman” Williams is being hit with a $12 million foreclosure lawsuit, according to South Florida Business Journal.

EMG Transfer Agent filed the suit on November 30 against Birdman, CM Spirits LLC and Criteria Operations LLC for failure to make payments on his sprawling Miami mansion and North Miami office building, home to Hit Factory Criteria Recording Studios.

Birdman, who clearly has an affinity for the finer things in life, bought the home for $14.5 million in 2012 and listed it for sale this past June for $20 million, although it’s currently on the market for $16.9 million.

Built in 2004 with 10 bedrooms, Lil Wayne’s current adversary combined three of them into one massive suite measuring 1,500 square feet. Clocking in at a total of 19,970 square feet, it also features several luxury amenities, including a tennis court, an in-home movie theater, volleyball courts, a basketball court, fitness center and pool.
