Rae Sremmurd rapper Swae Lee is firing back at the fan who is reportedly suing the duo for negligence and assault and battery. TMZ caught up with Lee at an airport and he revealed his plans to countersue.
“Oh man I’m about to countersue,” Lee said. “I’m about to countersue ’cause he lying. A’int finna to cause me stress. I finna to countersue. Because I do like 3,000 shows, but I never threw a bottle off stage and Jxmmi never threw a bottle off stage, so these are false accusations. So I’m about to countersue.
“I hope you get your nose fixed!,” he added.
The man suing the “Black Beatles” rappers alleges the duo chucked a water bottle into the crowd so forcefully at an October 2016 that when it made impact with his nose, it tore “a chunk of his face” off. He is also seeking financial compensation for his medical bills.

A Michigan man is suing Rae Sremmurd after attending one of the duo’s concerts in October 2016, reports TMZ.

According to the unidentified man’s lawyer, he’s filed a lawsuit alleging Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi launched a bottle full of water into the crowd without considering the consequences.
In the court docs, the man claims he was hit so forcefully that “a chunk of his face” was torn off and he was forced to go to the hospital. He says he suffered permanent scarring and disfigurement.
Rae Sremmurd is reportedly being sued for negligence, assault and battery, as well as financial coverage for the man’s medical bills.
