Action Bronson is currently more celebrated for his work on Viceland’s Fuck, That’s Deliciousthan music, which isn’t surprising considering it’s been around two years since the Flushing, Queens MC dropped his major label debut Mr. Wonderful. Aside from his notorious feud with Ghostface Killah, Bam Bam has been relatively quiet — until now.
On Wednesday (June 14), Bronson not only announced a sequel to his breakout 2012 mixtape Blue Chips — Blue Chips 7000 — he also dropped its first single titled “Let Me Breathe.”
Both the announcement and release came during an interview with Beats 1’s Zane Lowe where Bronson called the project “U2 on steroids.” Elsewhere in the interview, Bronson said Harry Fraud is executive producing the album and features a Rick Ross guest appearance.
