Pharrell Williams has responded to being sued over his OTHERtone Apple Music Beats 1 Radio Show, according to theJasmineBRAND.com.
Uncommon Content Partners, who worked with Pharrell on his ARTST TLK YouTube show, are seeking an injunction against the Virginia Beach, Virginia artist regarding OTHERtone. Uncommon Content Partners claims Pharrell did not have its permission to do OTHERtone and that doing so violated the contract he had signed with them.
The suit alleges that the relationship started gettting strained once Pharrell signed on the be a judge for The Voice and did not film season two of ARTST TLK. The company claims that Pharrell does not work all day every day at The Voice and had time to do a second season of ARTST TLK.
Pharrell says that there was a provision in the contract that allowed him not to do a second season of ARTST TLK if a schedule was not mutually agreed-upon.

Uncommon Content Partners also says Pharrell violated its agreement by providing hosting services to another show without its consent or approval, namely his OTHERtone Apple Music Beats 1 Radio Show. The company alleges that Pharrell neither alerted them to the program nor did it enlist the company as producers on the show.
The rapper-singer-producer is asking the court to allow his OTHERtone to continue.
