It’s well-known that Rick Ross used to work in corrections. He was on the opposite side of that though after being convicted of kidnapping and pistol-whipping landscaper Jonathan Zamudio back in June.
Now, TMZ is reporting that the Miami rapper and Maybach Music Group head is off house arrest from the incident. The only stipulations that now remain are that Ross is not allowed to enter the area of the alleged victim’s residence.
Rick Ross was arrested on June 24 for kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery charges. His bodyguard was also apprehended on the same charges. He would later countersue the landscaper and even named 50 Cent in the lawsuit.
