Rick Ross is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment March 30 for a case stemming from marijuana and illegal tint charges, according to Bossip.
The Maybach Music Group boss was pulled over in his Bentley in June after police thought his tint was too dark. The officer then found less than an ounce of marijuana in the car, so Ross was charged for both crimes.
The case has been delayed because Ross was arrested two weeks later on kidnapping and assault charges for pistol whipping a landscaper.
