The Notorious B.I.G.’s lyrics have inspired a six-course meal that will be served at New York restaurant All’onda from 5:30 until 10:30 pm EST today (March 9), according to the New York Post.

The “butter poached escargot” portion of the $85 meal is a nod to Biggie‘s “Hypnotize,” which includes the lyrics, “Escargot / My car go / 160 / Swiftly / Wreck it buy a new one.

All’onda chef Chris Jaeckle and Talde’s Dale Talde collaborated on the meal, which also includes “cracked pepper jerk crab and lobster toast.” That course was inspired by Big’s “country house, tennis courts, and horseback ridin’, decidin’ cracked crab or lobster” lyrics from “I Love The Dough,” his Life After Death collaboration with Jay Z and Angela Winbush.

Today is the eighteenth anniversary of the death of The Notorious B.I.G., who was killed in a still-unsolved shooting in Los Angeles.
