Azealia Banks posted a list of “The 8 White Identities” on Instagram today (January 5). They are “White Supremacist,” “White Voyeurism,” “White Privilege,” “White Benefit,” “White Confessional,” “White Critical,” “White Traitor” and “White Abolitionist,” according to the post.

The rapper then said on Twitter that “White people on Twitter are attacking me like black people are the only group of people who feel a way about whites”and also said, “I promise you: EVERYONE FEELS VICTIMIZED BY THE WHITE MAN, Indians, native Americans, Asians, Latinos…… It’s not just me lol.”

These tweets arrive after Banks’exchange last month with Iggy Azalea, whom Banks accused of “cultural smudging” after it was announced that she was nominated for Best New Artist, Record Of The Year, Best Rap Album Grammys.

“The message I see when I see these Grammys being given out—Cause it’s bigger than just playing shit on the radio,” Banks said at the time. “I have a problem when you’re trying to say that it’s Hip Hop,” she added. “And you’re trying to put it up against black culture. Even Nicki Minaj over the past two, three, four years has done so much to kind of create this social presence and this hold on just like social consciousness…It’s like a cultural smudging is what I see. And when they give these Grammys out, all it says to white kids is like ‘Oh yeah, you’re great, you’re amazing, you can do whatever you put your mind to.’ And it says to black kids ‘You don’t have shit, you don’t own shit, not even the shit you created for yourself.’ And, it makes me upset.”
