DJ Paul Bringing Lord Infamous’ Casket On Da Mafia 6ix’s “Triple 6ix Sinners Tour”

DJ Paul says Da Mafia 6ix’s forthcoming Triple 6ix Sinners Tour will feature a special guest. “Gangsta Boo is going to be there, so will Crunchy Black, Koopsta Knicca, and a special appearance by Lord Infamous,” DJ Paul says in an interview with Toledo City Paper. “We’re bringing his casket out. We’re bringing it to every show. I wanted him to be there. I’m that kind of guy—a weird, kinda creepy kind of guy. I had to pay a lot of money to get an extended tour trailer that would fit his casket and all of the merch.”

The 50-city Triple 6ix Sinners Tour is slated to begin February 28 in the group’s hometown of Memphis and is to support DJ Paul, Gangsta Boo, Lord Infamous, Crunchy Black and Koopsta Knicca’s 6ix Commandments mixtape. The tour follows the December 2013 of passing of Lord Infamous. Lord Infamous, who is DJ Paul’s brother, is the one who encouraged DJ Paul to form Da Mafia 6ix.

DJ Paul says that he expected Lord Infamous to pass away because of his past. “He escaped death so many times, from getting into car accidents, to run-ins with the police, to getting robbed,” DJ Paul says. “We used to call him the cat because he had so many lives. He was the nicest guy, and he really didn’t care about anything except his kids. He wasn’t a very materialistic person. On that night, I finally turned my ringer off, because I was tired of people calling me. So the next day, Twitter and Facebook knew before I did. A couple of tears came down, and then they stopped. People told me it was ok to cry, that I didn’t need to be a tough guy, but I was just prepared for it.”

Lord Infamous is slated to appear on Da Mafia 6ix’s forthcoming album, which is scheduled for a June 6 release. “He [Lord Infamous] had vocals in the can, so he’ll be on the record,” DJ Paul says. “He has three kids, so we need to take care of them. His royalties will go to them. I’m going to put the money in an account and give it to them when they turn 18. We’re going to bring the album out on June sixth, 6/6. And do you know what the 14 [of 2014] represents? We’ve lost one, and there’s four still standing.”

    1. thats all kinds of fucked up…

i wonder if they got a mortician touring with them to keep that corpse nice and fresh?

    2. So morbid. lol

I don’t know if that’s ghetto, or just plain dumb. Different sides of the same coin, I suppose.

    3. Great idea from Paul. Lord Infamous was the reason for the reunion to happen. He is the one who came up with “Triple Six Mafia”. I think others would agree with me that this is a great idea. See ya March 3rd at Mojoes in Joliet IL.

      1. LOL HAULING A CORPSE IN A CASKET AROUND THE UNITED STATES FOR 2 MONTHS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA!!! CMON SON.

AT LEAST CREMATE HIM AND TAKE THE ASHES ON TOUR OR SMOKE THEM

    4. is he just bringing the casket? or the dead guy too? it doesnt say anything about the corpse. either way its fuckin weird.

    5. I cant believe how juice just abandoned this shit now that its goin again. Like he wants nuthin to do at all with em. Juice gettin weak as fuck with that taylor gang garbage n that katy perry shit

      1. yeah he really weak doe… he got no identity except as the old guy who still wanna always turn up lookin like a ol ass uncle tom

    6. Juice has taken the real oath and has out grown his ol group whats left trying to get back to the roots of what made them one of the hottest rap acts to come out of Memphis .Tn, Yo Gotti is the new King of Memphis , and lyric wise Playa Fly is the underground ground King of Memphis ,Tn

    7. He’s bringing the casket not the corpse you dummies. Don’t you think the article would be a little more in depth about hauling a corpse around the country if that’s what DJ Paul was planning on doing?

    8. WHAT TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL IDEA… BUT TO EACH HIS OWN, I GUESS.

JUICE IS WAY PAST THAT BULLSHIT… THAT NIGGA DOING RECORDS WITH KATY PERRY, BECOMING AN INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTAR. HE CAN’T BE TARNISHING HIS IMAGE WITH BULLSHIT LIKE THAT!
