Following the start of his acting career, which began in 2005 with the release of the film Get Rich or Die Tryin’, Queens rapper 50 Cent has had the opportunity to work with Terrence Howard, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Forest Whitaker, among other established actors.
Despite the growing list of actors Fifty has worked with, there’s one particular actor he says he’d one day like the opportunity to star alongside. According to the rapper, that actor is Leonardo DiCaprio.
“Leonardo DiCaprio…He don’t miss. He don’t miss,” said 50 Cent during an appearance on “Rachael Ray.” “He’s pretty good. And he always like—I just saw his new project Wolf Of Wall Street. Yeah, private screening…And he was like in there with me. I was like ‘This is really cool’…I’m on his fan list right now.”
50 Cent also spoke on the phone conversation he had with Robert De Niro, which led to his appearance in the newly-released film, Last Vegas.

“It was really cool, like I got a phone call from De Niro,” Fifty said. “It was one of those things like—I don’t know, to me when he talks on the telephone it feels like—I seen him in a lot of movies, but it’s like the guy from like Goodfellas.”
In addition to his acting and music careers, 50 Cent is also dabbling in the health and wellness market with the release of his new book titled “Formula 50: A 6-Week Workout and Nutrition Plan That Will Transform Your Life.” A collaboration between 50 Cent and Jeff O’Connell, the book focuses on metabolic resistance training.
“For me, my experience I had to hire a nutritionist and personal trainer to travel with me because I have a difficult scheduling,” 50 Cent said. “And to make sure you have the right food at the right time…It’s all kind of temptations around you at all times. So, I brought him out and the information that I acquired over time I actually put it in the book.”
In addition to an appearance in Last Vegas, 50 Cent has starred in numerous films including Freelancers, All Things Fall Apart, and close to a dozen other films.
